    The AI-supported search based on the latest Empolis technologies supports you every step of the way: it automatically completes search terms, sorts the results according to relevance and suggests related content.

    Whether a simple search or an expert search: the entire company knowledge can be searched centrally and quickly. In addition, the search function not only displays the correct document, but also the relevant page, with matching results highlighted visually.

    After an initial configuration, the system also understands product names, error codes and synonyms from your individual technical language and can provide corresponding context information.

    Based on an individually customizable, granular roles and rights system, all users have access to all relevant information from day one - regardless of the systems and formats in which it is stored. Access to information can be specifically controlled for employees, customers or partners. Other systems can also be easily connected thanks to the API connection.
