Summary of Top 3 Search Results
Quickly generate a summary of your top search results with just a click! Simply run a search and hit the AI Assistant icon next to the search field. This feature helps you get the most relevant insights at a glance, saving you time and effort.

Document Summary
Need a quick overview of a document? Open the file in the viewer, click the AI Assistant icon in the page header, and let the AI generate a summary for you. It’s perfect for when you need to digest content fast!

Our freshly introduced intro – as you might know it from our mobile Apps – offers a swift, immersive snapshot of our Knowledge Portal’s core power. Perfect for users who prefer to dive straight into action, it ensures they grasp the essentials quickly.
In the future, an option could be, that your admins configure the content and the assets themselves.

Enhanced Note via Generative AI
Last, but not least: Besides the title generation that we introduced before, your users now have it way easier to document their knowledge for you. Click the AI Assistant icon to improve the note content by restructuring them into ‘Problem’, ‘Hint’, and ‘Solution’ sections and add depth – all that based on just a few bullet points of input.
We’ve utilized our RAG service’s invoke stream function call, as the content might take longer to be generated. Do not forget to assign your users the scope api.genai.user, so they can profit from the new function. More details.
